Although I hate travelling to foreign countries, I think my employer is just superb. My boss at work informed me of an impending assignment which would require me to travel to a foreign country well in advance. Mr Thomas, my immediate boss told me about six months before the expected date of travel that I would be travelling with the team to a foreign country. This long notice gave me the opportunity to prepare both physically and psychologically for the trip.
